Jennifer Durand has made a specialty of customizing movement therapy lessons to suit her students' needs.  Having a daily home exercise practice allows students to become as strong and flexible as they can possibly be, both preventing and healing injuries.  This can be very effective for those working with a personal trainer or physical therapist as Jennifer makes the exercises interesting, understandable and accessible.  In addition, she is able to spend as much time as each student needs in order to ensure that the exercises are being performed correctly.

Adding the two elements of breath and focus creates extremely high levels of compliance and success in full recovery from injuries, and allowing students to meet their highest potential.

A strong foundation for the prevention of future injuries is created with lessons devoted to creating daily short home practices.  Students continue to check in with Jennifer on an as-needed basis: weekly, monthly or even yearly as they become stronger and more flexible. 

Trained at The Healing Yoga Foundation in Movement Therapy, Jennifer Durand (E-RYT 500, pre and post natal certified, Judith Lasater) has been teaching the therapeutic applications of yoga for 20 years.
